These two sites now consistently rank #1, 2 or 3 on Google for the main photography-related keywords. While SEO has been a key part of this, Ann’s efforts in blogging and social media have made the difference between ‘good’ and ‘great’ rankings.

After moving to the Blue Mountains in 2010, the two websites starting moving up the rankings rapidly, hitting the top spot in late 2012. Now the two sites rank #1, #2 or #3 for most keywords relating to photography in the Blue Mountains, and Ann was able to stop using Google AdWords as the level of enquiries she was getting from her organic results made it redundant.
